Department for Education – Public Education Awards

Since 2017, Mixed Mediums has partnered with the South Australian Department for Education to produce an annual series of 33 finalist films for the prestigious Public Education Awards. Our production team travels throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia, utilising a relaxed and professional approach to capture the inspiring stories of local educators through high-quality, 1-minute cinematic snapshots. By managing the end-to-end process from complex scheduling to final delivery (including livestream of the event), we provide the essential video content used to celebrate professional excellence across the South Australian public sector. In 2025 we shared the stories of amazing educators within the public sector, as far North West as Amata inthe APY Lands and spanning down to Mount Gambier in the state's South East. As specialists in Adelaide government video production, we take pride in delivering authentic storytelling that honours the dedication of South Australia's educators and school support staff.
